  • The management fee for single family homes is 8%, while condos and apartments incur a 10% fee

  • The standard security deposit is usually equal to one and half months’ rent.

  • Our company holds all security deposits in a trust account on behalf of the owner-client’s property.

  • On the 10th-15th of each month, our company transfers rental funds to your designated account via ACH (Automated Clearing House).

  • We conduct inspections prior to the move-in, after the first 3 months of move-in, annual, and move-out.
